What is a Bluegrass Jam?
A Bluegrass Jam is a session of musicians gathering, not just to play music, but also for the fellowship. Consisting of classic folk songs, traditional fiddle tunes, danceable waltzes, and foot stomping breakdowns, a Bluegrass jam is a great place to hear or play a wide variety of music. In a Bluegrass jam, instrumental breaks (solos) are appropriate and improvisation is also welcome.
Whether you want to sit towards the back and work on rhythm or jump right up to the front and take some breaks on some tunes, all are welcome to come down and pick some Bluegrass with us at Brennans Irish Pub.
