$363 - $699 TOTAL WORKSHOP COST
($252 tuition + $20 supply fee + $97-427 lodging & meals package of choice)

Everyone from absolute beginners to experienced artists welcome! This workshop will be a transformative painting experience, which will allow the student to enable true, individual expression to come forth in their abstract work. This class will show students ways to greatly increase the emotional and spiritual energy of their painting. Paintings are created on paper or canvas, with latex paint and other mixed media. We will explore how the use of latex creates an inner glow resulting in a stronger and more powerful image. Each student will finish up to four paintings during the class.

Class Philosophy: Every painting must achieve a balance between control and abandonment. Most finished images have almost complete control without any abandonment to achieve mystery. The artist must not tell the whole story. The viewer must be the one to finish the story.

Class Note: This class is not suitable for individuals who are allergic to latex.

An estimated supply fee of $20 will be collected by the instructor at during the class.

Class Level: Beginner/Novice, Multi-Level
